Northern Irish Team Enters OWE UK Tag Team Tournament

“One of the most feared tag teams in Europe, the Kings of the North, enter the OWE Tag Team Championship Tournament. How do you think this phenomenal tag team from Northern Ireland will fare in the tournament? Do they have what it takes to claim the OWE gold?”

This OWE UK announcement was pretty much expected as King of the North is one of the biggest teams in Europe and Bonesaw and Damian Corvin were teasing their participation on social media. They join an already stacked event which includes the Gym Nasty Boys, the Stronghearts, International Superstars, Arrows of Hungary, Super Sharp Bros and the Anti Fun Police.

According to sources, “Bonesaw & Corvin have been the dominant faction in Over The Top Wrestling since the start. They have had multiple epic encounters and a number of tag team reigns. They never fail to impress and have had a number of highly memorable matches including a cage match over the last number of years on Irish soil. They definitely deserve more international recognition.”

Bonesaw is a 17-year ring veteran, trained by Fergal Devitt, aka Finn Balor, and Paul Tracey. “The Prince of Pain” Damian Corvin started in 2007. Since 2015, their team have become one of the biggest in the United Kingdom and Ireland. They are former 3-time OTT Tag Team Champion and the current TNT Tag Team Champion. They will face the NXT UK Tag Team Champions The Grizzled Young Veterans next month at TNT Summer Explosion event.

The tour will be taking place from September 18th-22nd with two shows in London and three shows in Liverpool. For more information on the company and tickets, be sure to check out their Twitter and their website here.
