All Elite Wrestling Announces Allie Signing and an Update on Title Design

On March 21, 2019, All Elite Wrestling announced that Impact’s favourite bunny Allie would be the next addition to the women’s roster. As the road to Double or Nothing continues, Chief Brand Officer Brandi Rhodes advises the wardrobe designer that a new signee will be coming for a customer gear fitting.

Allie debuted in 2005, she trained at Squared Circle Training centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Canadian native has worked and participated in several pro-wrestling promotions such as Shimmer, Combat Zone Wrestling, Shine Wrestling, Ring of Honor, Impact Wrestling, and others.

She is most known and recognized for her time in Impact Wrestling. Being crowned as one of the most inspiring Knockouts Champion to step foot in the squared circle.  When first arriving on Impact in 2013, she was Maria’s apprentice in The Lady Squad. She would team up with Sienna only to lose to Gail Kim and Jade in a tag team match.

In 2017, Allie would take a chance as a singles competitor and become one of the most inspirational women’s wrestlers to hold the Impact Wrestling Knockouts Title. She would push the boundaries of her competition with the aid of Rosemary. Sadly, Rosemary would be destroyed by Su Yung and buried in a coffin. Allie would channel Rosemary to avenge her friend. She competed in a three-way match but would sadly lose to Tessa Blanchard. As the Dark Bunny grew, Allie changed and aligning herself with Su Yung.

As the Journey of Double or Nothing continues, the AEW fandom expressed how excited they are to see Impact’s own Allie take her position in the squared circle. As the aspiring promotion continues to grow its own roster, wrestling fans around the world are enthusiastic to see the Bunny Allie finally receive that long-awaited call. Allie will be able to extend her influence and confidence around the world with her new contract with AEW.

In addition to announcing Allie’s signing, Brandi Rhodes checks on the design for the AEW Championship. The Championship belt is being designed by the Ace of Belts himself, Dave Millican.  The title is almost complete and the size of the AEW Championship is to be as large as the Mid-South North American title with a unique design.
