From New York to Paris to Seoul, the travelling exhibition featuring Earth’s mightiest heroes has finally come to London!

Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N (Science Training and Tactical Intelligence Operative Network) is all about the fan experience, with luminous displays of models, costumes and interactive ‘training’ simulations, not to mention a mysterious room at the end of the exhibition, it’s a Marvel film fan’s heaven.

With a briefing from Mariah Hill, cadets are set loose in the exhibition space, free to wander through Bruce Banner’s lab and take a closer look at the science of the Hulk or becomes absorbed in Thor’s observatory and even have go at picking up his hammer. Throughout the different spaces, dedicated to an original Avenger, there are training modules to complete. Test your strength, your reflexes and even find out what it feels like to fight in the Hulkbuster.

The interactive exhibition is family friendly, as I sometimes forget the films are loved by all ages. It’s a great place to take the younger fans but as the exhibition is open until 10pm, you can escape the younger crowd too.

Fans of the films will love the models and games to play, as well as a few photo opportunities. This is purely all about the cinematic universe, and more specifically Phase 2 as there is heavy emphasis on Age of Ultron. More recent character additions such as Black Panther, Ant-Man and even Thanos himself are all lumped together in one room, which is a shame as these characters are making their own impact. As a fan who’s watched all the films from the very beginning, it was fun to go back and reminisce about the first films and core group of characters that set this whole Marvel Cinematic Universe ablaze. Pressing buttons, playing games and exploring the space is all part of the fun. It actually made me feel like a kid again, curious to see what was in the next room. If you’re a curious fan, you’ll want to take on this mission that awaits you.

The exhibition is open now until 31st March 2019.
