TRACK OF THE DAY (15/10/2018): Hands Off Gretel – S.A.S.S

Yorkshire grunge pop four-piece Hands Off Gretel have released a the video for their new single “S.A.S.S”. The second release from their forthcoming album, due for release early next year, the track has been playlisted for 5 weeks on Planet Rock, and received airplay on Kerrang! Radio and both Sheffield and West Yorkshire BBC Introducing stations.

The video was directed by band leader and vocalist Lauren Tate, who says: “S.A.S.S is a big ‘F You’ to all those that have doubted you.”

Lauren founded the band when she was just seventeen and now at just twenty-one she is quickly becoming one of the hardest working musicians around right now. She has a vision and does everything in her power to make it a reality and the results are super-professional, beautifully weird music videos, gorgeous raspy vocals and earworm tracks, and an aesthetically please band who know exactly who they are. They have already achieved so much and I don’t see them slowing down any time soon, especially not if Lauren has her way, she is made for superstardom.
