Just under 4 weeks out from the release of their long awaited 5th studio album, One Bullet From Paradise, Die So Fluid have today released a brand new video for latest single, ‘Tomorrow Doesn’t Always Come’.
Premiering on Vulture Hound, the video sees vocalist and bassist Grog (Georgina Lisee) trekking through Death Valley. Accompanied by some rather spectacular and sweeping vistas of the Mojave Desert, the track itself stomps though a typically defiant and fierce reminder for us to “live in the ‘now'”.
Take a look (and a listen), below:
The new album, released on March 30th, arrives after a time of turmoil and tragedy for the band. In July 2016 their drummer and beloved friend, Al Fletcher, unexpectedly passed away, forcing the two remaining members Grog & Mr Drew to step back in order to contemplate not only the meaning of life; but the meaning of their band, their music, and their future.
The result of their reflection is summed up perfectly, and with complete sincerity, on their latest single ‘Tomorrow Doesn’t Always Come’;
“You could sleepwalk all your life
And never learn how to run
Don’t say tomorrow.
Tomorrow doesn’t always come”
One Bullet From Paradise features Justin Bennett (Skinny Puppy, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult) on drums, and was produced by Mr Drew himself.
A limited edition version of the album will include a previously unavailable live album recorded in Tempe Arizona featuring Grog, Mr Drew and Al. The album entitled ‘Draw a Line and Cross It – Live in Arizona’ showcases the band in full flight, full sound and full glorious technicolor!
One Bullet From Paradise is released through Strataville on March 30th 2018.
