It’s been 402 days since Star Wars: The Force Awakens was released in cinemas (402 days, 17 hours and 55 minutes at the time of writing this post, to be exact). And in those 402 days, fans of the Star Wars franchise have had plenty of time to theorise over every detail of where the series is going to go from here, mainly ‘who is Snoke?’ and ‘what will the title of Episode VIII be?’
Of course, we’ve still got no clue who Snoke is, but a light has been shined on the title. And that title is:
Of course, that only leaves us with more questions. Is The Last Jedi referring to Luke? Is Luke going to bite the dust, leaving Rey as the last Jedi? Is it even speaking about one person in particular, or is it ‘The Last Jedi, plural’?
I couldn’t tell you. You’ll just have to wait 325 days to find out (325 days, 6 hours and 5 minutes at the time of writing, to be exact).
