Manics, Frank Turner & Brian Wilson Set To Play Kendal Calling 2017

The first acts for this years Kendal Calling have been announced. The Manic Street Preachers lead a list of headliners which also includes Frank Turner, Stereophonics, Franz Ferdinand and Brian Wilson.

Other acts including; Jake BuggFrightened Rabbit, Seasick Steve, Editors, Slaves, Honeyblood, Dead!, SlavesField Music and Lethal Bizzle, are also set to play the Cumbrian festival this July (27th-30th).

Talking about their upcoming performance, the Manics say; “We are genuinely thrilled to be headlining Kendal Calling, a festival we have always wanted to play in a truly inspiring setting.”

The festival, which will be celebrating it’s 11th year in 2017, will also see Brian Wilson perform The Beach Boys‘ seminal 1966 album, Pet Sounds in full. Check out the full line-up to date, below.
