And We’re Back!
Mil Muertes is pissed that Puma is still alive and Katrina insists that he must go through Vampiro first! Now that will be good!
Sexy Star takes on Mariposa in a grudge match! These two made wrestling history in their high-charged, uber-violent No-Mas match last year and this match although not as emotionally orientated did not disappoint! The two luchadoras kicked the crap out of each other with Sexy Star taking the victory with a huge double-stomp that looked incredibly painful. Marisposa’s night went from bad to worse as her brother Marty “the Moth” Martinez planted her with a nasty-ass chokeslam!
Paul London’s acid-fueled Rabbit Tribe bow down to a disinterested Mascarita Sagrada before taking on the team amazingly know as When Reptiles Ruled The Earth! Led by Kobra Moon, the captured and chained Drago, Pindar and Vibora affectionally referred to as Luchasauras, three reptilian ancient snake-people take the Rabbits down in a fun match after Vibora smashes Paul London with a brutal Tombstone! After the match Drago’s trios tag-team partners Fenix and Aerostar free Drago from the control of Kobra Moon!
Dario Cute tells the Mack that his match with Johnny Mundo is not for the title but for the stipulation choice for said title match. The Mack wants revenge on Mundo for his dastardly deeds against his friend Sexy Star. The match is filled with Mundo’s dirty antics. Eye pokes, hiding and flipping the bird are canceled out by a cheeky People’s Elbow but interference and a dick kick end the match in classic Mundo style. PJ Black and Jack Evans beat the Mack down while Johnny calls him a “fat piece of crap” and sets the stipulation as an “All Night Long Match”. Mundo and Puma had one of these in the first series and it was phenomenal. Here’s hoping Mack v Mundo can be so too!
Mil Muretes enters the Temple and destroys Vampiro leaving hum crumpled in the ring while Puma watches on!
Lucha Underground just doesn’t have a bad episode. Every single match is top-notch, every storyline is enthralling and every cut scene is brilliant! As you can tell I love Lucha Underground so every review is going to be gushingly biased but I don’t care and neither should you. Let us just bask in Lucha Underground beauty!
