Two years on from the release of their incredibly successful album, Blood, Leeds alt-rock band Pulled Apart By Horses released a brand new track earlier this week.
The song, ‘The Big What If’, taken from their forthcoming new record, compares to the likes of transcendent indie rock with infusions of classic punk. It’s just been given an erratically paced music video too. Set in a hospital ward, this fresh material dives in at the deep end. Watch the video, below.
Speaking about the making of the video, drummer Tommy Davidson said:
“For this video we buddied up with close acquaintances and immersed ourselves in the beautifully absurd world of Lord Whitney (creative company). Pushing ourselves to new physical and mental limits, we took part in an experiment to battle the effects of sleep deprivation. We went to desperate measures to remain conscious, things got weird and we found ourselves trapped somewhere between the stark reality of a bare hospital ward and a harsh, surreal dystopian landscape.”
