AFI have been announced as the main support for Deftones 2017 UK tour. The three dates in May next year will be the first time Davey Havok and co. have played a UK show in eight years.

The news comes after a third track from the band’s upcoming new album, AFI (The Blood Album), was premiered last night on Daniel P Carter’s Radio 1 Rock Show. ‘Aurelia’ follows the tracks ‘White Offerings’ and ‘Snow Cats’ released earlier in November. You can hear the new track below.

Due for release on January 10th, AFI (The Blood Album) will be the first album from the band since 2013’s Burials.

You can catch AFI and Deftones at London’s Alexandra Palace on May 5th, Manchester’s O2 Apollo on May 6th and at The SECC in Glasgow on May 7th.

The band also recently announced they’re set to play the 2017 Download Festival next summer.
