Sleigh Bells

Sleigh Bells have shared a brand new video for latest single ‘It’s Just Us Now’. Taken from upcoming new album Jessica Rabbit, the video shows an agitated and mascara stained Alexis Krauss demonstrating her anguish – first in a swimming pool and then in a field – all while a rather menacing looking Derek Miller shreds through some trademark Sleigh Bells riffs. Watch the drama unfold, below.

The video, directed by Miller, accompanies the band’s third single from their upcoming fourth album. It follows the tracks ‘Rule Number One’ and ‘Hyper Dark’ released earlier in the year.

However, it appears there is no room on the new album for the trackChampions of Unrestricted Beauty, which the band shared the end of 2015, which is a shame, because i’ve listened to that track every day since November, mainly for Krauss’ stunning vocal performance.

Still, never mind, i’ll get over it, we can’t have everything we want in life, and on the evidence of the singles so far, expect Jessica Rabbit to more than satisfy that Sleigh Bells noise pop craving, so unfulfilled since the release of 2013’s Bitter Rivals.

Jessica Rabbit will be out on November 11th.
