Tucked away in the little Relentless Energy venue on the edge of Denmark Street at the hub of one of London’s most Iconic artistry sectors, Vulture Hound attended the launch party of this years long awaited 7th UK Meeting of Styles (MOS) Festival and celebrating its 15th year overall, having originated in Wiesbaden, Germany and gaining expanded interest worldwide from there.

This bank holiday weekend from Friday the 27th of May until the Sunday 29th of May at The Normadic Community Gardens, Shoreditch will host the full event – the world’s largest street art festival, featuring over 50 artists, live music and creations, with the launch party giving a taster of whats on offer.

The event wasn’t as big as I would have thought, but featured an interesting array of work from the festivals past events never before seen, opening eyes to the many different creatives genius’ in the world of street art today with stylistic influence from comic book, typographic and even slight dashes of cubism.

The launch also featured the MOS exclusively designed white spray can that will be used throughout the event created by the original MOS team in Germany and partners Loop Colours, PLUS as never before seen mural by Jim Vision.

The event gave an all out urban fueled creative and hard hitting start to this bank holiday’s biggest event, so if you love live street art, illustration and the very best in DJ’s then head on down to Shoreditch this weekend.
