Back from playing his first ever live shows, Troye Sivan graces us with his brand new single, ‘Youth’, which is out 12th February from Polydor Records. The track is from his new debut album Blue Neighbourhood.
This single is the perfect representation of the thrill of being young and naïve to the ways of the world. It’s easy to relate to the lyrics, and fortunately they are catchy. You’ll find yourself singing it after just one listen.
“YOUTH is a song about the joy in naivety and being lost. It’s about dropping everything, running away, making mistakes, and loving too hard, and how that’s okay,” says Troye.
I’m totally in love with this song and can’t stop listening. I think we can definitely expect Troye to start performing larger venues in the future, as with a catchy tune like this I think he will become popular very quickly. His debut album Blue Neighbourhood, is available now on Spotify, which is great as it deserves to be heard.
Troye will be touring the UK this year. The dates are:

18th April – MANCHESTER – Academy 2
