Hot off the canvas: Balibart Pop-up Store

With a passion for featuring all of arts latest illustrators cultivating the next generation of visual creators, Balibart is a strong passionate art platform as well as an online shop bringing affordable art to the Masses.

Foundered by Adrien Salamon and Maxime Delmotte in September 2014 featured by the likes of Stylist, Time Out and Marie Claire Maison, Balibart’s legacy has already been spread far and wide in a very short space of time. In just over a year Balibart has cultivated personal relationships with 200 artists from 18 different countries and hosted a whopping 1800 different pieces, their site and online store is a true art lovers treasure trove.

“We were tired of seeing the same Ikea poster at all our friends houses. We truly believe we deserve better than a regular poster. Authentic and unique art should be affordable for everyone.”
Maxime Delmotte

Started whilst still students Adrien and Maxime had a vision to promote art schools of all fields, merging their talents with the marketing and financial skills of Balibart. So with a lot of hard work, many exhibitions and a little evolution later Balibart is the soaring success it is today, still pushing its main mission to support artists no matter what. And with a growing love of Shoreditch, Boxpark and the trends in London, they have future visions of broadening their horizons to the UK.

To kick off their latest venture Balibart are hosting a 2 week pop up store beginning 8th December to the 24th December showcasing their affordable and diverse selection of prints. Pop down to London Old Street Tube Station (Unit 18) where you can meet them and their collection of 50 artist works from their 200 strong artist empire selling a variety of prints, greetings cards, Polaroids and art books, plus they’ll be hosting special book signings featuring by the artists themselves.
