I had to check it twice myself but Jonah Hill and James Franco are appearing in a new film and it is NOT a comedy. No, their new film True Story is a psychological drama.

Based on the book by Michael Finkel a New York Times reporter whose identity was stolen by accused killer Christian Longo. It tells of the cat and mouse game the two ended up engaging in. Hill plays Finkel and Franco Longo – that’s an odd sentence when said aloud.

The cinematic debut of British director Rupert Goold who previously made Richard II in the BBC’s Hollow Crown series and written by David Kajganich who previous gave us The Invasion. True Story is in UK cinemas on 17 July 2015.
