The Isle of Wight Festival has announced the dates for next year’s festival.

The festival, which takes place at Seaclose Park in Newport, will take place 9 – 12 June 2016.

Early bird tickets are now on sale at a discounted rate until end of September.

This year’s festival saw 50,000 attendees enjoy headline sets from The Prodigy, The Black Keys, Blur and Fleetwood Mac.

As well as this, the Isle of Wight Festival saw a world record attempt for the most people wearing the same mask in the same place in honour of the 45th anniversary of Jimi Hendrix’s last ever UK performance at the 1970 festival.

Tickets for the 2016 festival can be purchased from, where more details of how to buy tickets and the new payment plan can also be found.
