Two Days, One Night has an interesting premise. Sandra, played by Marion Cotillard, must lose her job so her work mates can have a significant pay bonus. She must visit them all to persuade them to let her keep her job and lose out on a lot of money. The trailer knows the biggest strengths of the film are its intriguing premise, its central performance, and the tragedy of that characters situation. It sells us them and nothing else. It’s a good trailer that focuses on the films most important assets with spoiling any plot detail. This trailer is simple, elegant and free of any frivolity. Good job, well done.
