This summer’s Bestival promises to be bigger than ever, with acts such as Stevie Wonder, Frank Ocean and Friendly Fires just a few of the names on its star studded bill. And just in case it wasn’t already burdened with heavy expectation, British flame haired songstress Florence + The Machine have been announced as Friday night’s headline act.

Since the release of her BRIT award nominated sophomore effort Ceremonials in late 2011, Flo has scooped two NME awards, and has established herself as one of the UK’s most influential and notable musical products of the past decade.

Also on the bill, and sure to get the crowd dancing are Sweden’s Miike Snow. Also taking their second album on the road, you can catch the indie-popsters performing hits from the infectiously catchy Happy To You alongside tracks from their acclaimed debut album.

This year, the festival also offers the all new Bestival Blocos that everyone can get involved in and the Wildlife parade with all the vibe and atmosphere of a Rio Carnival.

To find out more about this, or anything else about the festival, keep your eyes peeled to and their Facebook page.
