The 1234 Festival has earned itself a reputation as an effortlessly cool affair, and this year is no exception.  Organisers have released a first look at this year’s line-up, which includes The Duke Spirit, Ice Age, Dirty Beaches, Frankie Rose, Gross Magic, Bleeding Heart Narritive, Savages, Burnt Toast, Black Moth and The Dissidents.

Since its inception five years ago, The 1234 has championed new and groundbreaking acts, with past line-ups including Hatcham Social, Lightspeed Champion and Florence and the Machine.  This year’s ones-to-watch come in the shape of Gross Magic (aka Sam McGarrigle) who’s wowed audiences with his irreverent take on rock, and S.C.U.M, who released their debut album Again Into Eyes last year.
