Conjurer

It’ll be my first time seeing 99% of this year’s line-up live [I can vouch for Palm Reader, though!] but here are all the tips that I’ve been given! Arcane Roots, Turnstile, Black Peaks, Turbowolf, Ho99o9, Gender Roles, Gallops and a special mention for Enter Shikari; a band my sister and brother-in-law will not shut-the-fuck-up about, so must be good! I haven’t listened to very much since Take to The Skies [great album] so I’ll be interested to see what they are like, now.

Sean McGowan

Enter Shikari of course – bloody love them boys. My friends Creeper. I’m loving Nervus at the moment. And of course lovely Ben Marwood.

Nervus Yes. Watch us, watch Funeral Shakes, watch Enter Shikariand watch Conjurer, and watch Gold Key, and PINS, and also Fangclub. Watch them.

Just go and see has many bands as you can, especially the ones you don’t know! There are probably a bunch of awesome bands we haven’t heard yet but if we had to pick a few of our favourites then At The Drive-In, obviously. No Violet, Gallops, Haggard Cat, And So I Watch You From Afar, Black Honey & Phoxjaw are all pretty rad.

Gloo One hundred percent go watch hell Is for heroes ! Childhood love of mine and even though we’re playing on a different stage on a different day I’m counting it as supporting them hahah

Turbowolf

Here’s a list of the bands I think will be good to see, in no particular order…
At The Drive-In, Blood Red Shoes, Ho99o9, Nova Twins, Queen Kwong.

Jamie Lenman

Lots! It’s an embarrassment of riches out there! Black Peaks and Arcane Roots for a kick off, good friends of mine. Frauds and Haggard Cat too, did a tour with those dudes last year … then they’ve got Jonah Matranga, one of my all-time heroes, Brutus, who I love from afar, Boston Manor, Gender Roles and Black Futures are all my boys. It’s like my birthday party or something. Palm Reader! Dave McPherson! I’ll stop now.

Black Peaks

As always 2000 Trees have smashed it out of the park. I personally grew up in Cheltenham, have been going to Trees for 10 years now [showing my age] and the line ups have always been stellar. A small handpicked selection of our favourites are Arcane Roots, Turbowolf, Palm Reader, Brutus, Press to Meco, Sœur, My Vitriol, Jamie Lenman, And So I Watch You from Afar, We Were Promised Jetpacks, Gold Key, Bitch Falcon, InTechnicolour, Phoxjaw, Basement, Sikth, The Xcerts, Frauds and Haggard Cat.
