Having a number 1 album is always a sign of success. Having released their fourth album So Long, See You tomorrow earlier this year, they have recently posted their music video to their latest Bollywood inspired single Feel, out on the 19th May.
Just getting bigger and better over the years, they seem to break the boundaries of “indie music” put a twist on their own mix of genres to create something beautiful. Returning back to the scene this year, they have really reminded us why we love them so
Feel, their third single from their album will really be a festival wonder, making us just want summer to hurry up. Inspired by his travels, being Bollywood inspired is really something we rarely hear from a band like Bombay Bicycle Club. By using a sample from a snake-charming melody from the 1954 film Nagin, mixed up with electro beats waving through from bass and other stringed instruments, they really do make good impression on you.
Their music is not only happiness for our ear drums but aesthetically pleasing. Seeing them live earlier this year, just made me want to wave my hands in the air. Soon to be hitting the festival scene with the known Reading and Leeds, Latitude and T in the Park, they’ll also be hitting the US with a tour and performing at Coachella.
All I’m saying is.. bring on summer.
