Ahead of the release of their new 10’’ single ‘Drippin’/Deep Architecture’ later this month, Honeyslide have announced a launch party at Stoke Newington’s The Waiting Room on June 26. Tickets are £5.
Honeyslide are a London-based group comprised of Josh (guitar), Moses(guitar/vocals) and Meytal (bass/vocals).
The double A-side 10’’ is the follow-up to their sold-out debut cassette, the Honeyslide EP. Along with the two lead tracks, the 10’’ also features tracks ‘Sugar Routine’ and ‘Untitled #240’
‘Drippin’’ (the first song the band ever wrote), newly remastered for the release, is a dreamy and ponderous lo-fi track packed with reverb and washed-out vocals, perfect for lazy summer afternoons.
Honeyslide will be joined by Old Forest and Bare Pale at the launch party, along with Critical Heights’ DJs.
‘Drippin’/Deep Architecture’ is out on Critical Heights June 24.
