Pop Up Screens, the outdoor cinema company have decided that the horror films that will be on show this Halloween in all the usual multiplexes are looking rather rubbish. To combat this they have decided to not only show two of the best horror films ever made but they will do so in their trademark fashion. The screenings will be out doors. Hence the term outdoor cinema company.
This year you will be able to watch The Nightmare on Elm Street and The Exorcist for £10 in a Victorian stable block and a director’s chair of your own. There will also be popcorn and beer at the bar. Beer. I’ll repeat that, BEER.
Pop Up Screens will be popping up at Morden Hall Park on the 30th and 31st of October. You can book at www.popupscreens.co.uk. Get your tickets quickly, I understand there will be a full moon this year…
