Yellowcard - Always Summer (Single Review)

Yellowcard – Always Summer (Single Review)

Remember that pop-punk band with the unusually placed violin in it? Two years after their two-year break, Yellowcard are back with the upcoming release of their 8th studio album, due to release later this summer. From which their first track Always Summer was released last week.

Always Summer
brings Yellowcard fans the sound they fell in love with; upbeat melodic guitar riffs and agile drumbeats supported by occasional violin solos throughout.

Yellowcard has persistently portrayed the mood of summer in their songs, so Always Summer is a direct representation of Yellowcard’s musicality. Although some older fans may feel like a lack of progression of their sound is an issue, but Yellowcard does deliver their music, on a consistent quality.
