Death In Vegas set for Camden Crawl opening party

The good news is that indie electro innovators Death In Vegas are set to headline this year’s Camden Crawl Opening Night Party. The Opening Night Party will kick off the May bank holiday weekender at Koko for eleven hours on Friday May 4, from 5pm onwards.

Death In Vegas’s Richard Fearless said: “We’re really over the moon to be playing the opening night of this brilliant festival.

“We’re going to bring our full on sonic and visual assault to Koko, our first time playing this amazing venue and first time playing Camden Crawl.”

Now the bad news – cheap Early Bird tickets for the weekend festival have sold out. But, weekend passes are still available at the normal price of £65. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the full line-up for the weekend’s events, as it’s kept top secret until the festival itself. But we can tell you that among the curators are Vulture Hound favourites Artrocker, Moshi Moshi Records, the Old Blue Last and Rough Trade.

Ok Go’s Andy Ross and XFM’s John Kennedy will also be presenting their own selection of acts, so you can rest assured that the calibre of acts is as high as ever.

Weekend tickets are available for £65 and Opening Night Party tickets are available for £20. Ticket price includes your very own lanyard programme guide, festival magazine and 2012 compilation album. To purchase tickets and for further information visit thecamdencrawl.com.
